Francesco Giubilei is the president of Fondazione Tatarella and of the cultural movement Nazione Futura and director of the leading Italian conservative political foundation Fondazione Alleanza Nazionale, a writer for the newspaper Il Giornale and a contract professor at the University G. Fortunato of Benevento.

He was a member of the Scientific Committee on the Future of Europe of the Italian government and special advisor for the Italian Minister of Culture. Giubilei is the author of ten books and his work has been translated into English, Spanish, Hungarian, Serbian.
